The adventures at Avengers Campus are evolving, and with new expansions, some beloved experiences must make way for fresh thrills. It’s been announced that the “Avengers Assemble” stunt show at Disney California Adventure’s Avengers Campus will have its final curtain call on April 5th.

This high-energy show has delighted Marvel fans since the area’s grand opening, featuring epic battles between iconic heroes like Black Panther, Black Widow, Captain Marvel, and Captain America against notorious villains such as Taskmaster. Audiences have been captivated by the action-packed drama that unfolded atop the Avengers’ headquarters.

Unfortunately, Disney has not yet revealed what might replace “Avengers Assemble” or the reasons behind its closure. This show joins a list of other retired performances, including “Doctor Strange: Mysteries of the Mystic Arts” and “Story Time with Deadpool.” However, the Campus still pulses with life through attractions like “Warriors of Wakanda: The Disciplines of the Dora Milaje” and the entertaining dance-offs with Star-Lord.

Looking ahead, Marvel enthusiasts have much to be excited about. The upcoming expansions include two major ride experiences: “Avengers Infinity Defense,” where guests will face off against King Thanos, and “Stark Flight Lab,” promising immersive, high-flying adventures akin to those of Tony Stark himself.

As bittersweet as it is to bid farewell to a fan favorite, the future of Avengers Campus promises even greater adventures and innovations. Stay tuned to our updates for more details on these thrilling new experiences.
