A bit of unexpected excitement sparked at the Disneyland Resort on Friday morning when a fire broke out inside the Pixar Pals parking structure. It was around 9:47 a.m. when the Anaheim Police Department received reports of smoke billowing from the multi-level parking area.
According to authorities, the fire ignited in a Toyota RAV4 and rapidly spread to two or three additional vehicles. Fortunately, the prompt response from the local fire department ensured that the blaze was quickly contained and extinguished. As of now, the cause of the fire remains under investigation, and no injuries have been reported.
While the Pixar Pals parking structure usually buzzes with the excitement of guests embarking on a magical day at Disneyland, witnesses reported seeing smoke from quite a distance. Park operations were not significantly disrupted, and Disney staff managed the situation with their characteristic efficiency, keeping guests informed and safe.
As of 11:20 a.m., details remain sparse but rest assured, diligent efforts are underway to uncover the cause of this fire. The Disneyland Resort has not released any additional comments at this time.
