Exciting new details have just been released for Magic Key holders eagerly awaiting a preview of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Disneyland Park. Slated to officially open this November, Magic Key previews are set to begin on October 21, 2024.
Guests will experience the vibrant transformation of the former Splash Mountain into the new Bayou-themed attraction, complete with lush greenery, captivating rock formations, and a charming “Tiana’s Foods” water tower. The seamless integration of the natural elements with the attraction’s aesthetics promises to delight all visitors.
Magic Key preview dates will offer plenty of opportunities throughout October and November. To ensure a smooth experience, a Virtual Queue will be employed, commencing at 7 a.m. PT each preview day for those with a Disneyland Park reservation. Participants who enter Disneyland Resort early would get a second chance to join the queue at noon PT on the same day.
In conjunction with the new ride, Disneyland has also updated the park area, changing Critter Country to Bayou Country, and revamping the Briar Patch and portions of Pooh Corner into themed gift shops: Louis’ Critter Club and Ray’s Berets. Exciting times are ahead as guests prepare to immerse themselves in this enchanting bayou adventure, which follows the successful opening of a similar attraction at Magic Kingdom, Florida earlier this summer.
Disneyland Park fans should note that passes for Magic Key holders on the grand opening date, November 15, 2024, are currently unavailable, signaling a high anticipation for this reimagined attraction.
