Some exciting new props have made their way to Cars Land in Disney California Adventure! Visitors to Radiator Springs may now notice brightly colored caution cones adorning garbage cans at the Cozy Cone Motel Snacks. These charming additions are labeled “Food Scraps Only” and can be found near the iconic Cozy Cone Motel itself, enhancing the themed aesthetic of this beloved area. However, it’s worth noting these cones have not been spotted in the recently expanded seating area for the venue.
Spencer, a close friend of Mickey News, happened to be at Radiator Springs today and captured some snapshots of these fresh, themed cones. It’s fantastic to see Disneyland Resort consistently innovating and adding fun, practical elements to enhance guest experience and sustainability efforts.
Interestingly, these cones are not the first eco-friendly props at Disneyland Resort. Recently, the Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree has introduced a similar initiative with themed signage featuring Country Bears atop some of its garbage cans. This initiative is part of a larger push by quick-service restaurants across the parks to encourage guests to properly separate and dispose of their food scraps and recyclable items.
