Exciting culinary delights are coming to Downtown Disney! Joe Isidori, the former executive chef of Mar-a-Lago and mastermind behind a Michelin-starred restaurant at Trump International Hotel Las Vegas, is set to launch two enticing dining venues: Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon, and Pearl’s Roadside BBQ. Known for his successful ventures, including Black Tap Craft Burgers already in Downtown Disney, Isidori’s new establishments will replace the long-standing Tortilla Jo’s and its taqueria, which closed in 2024.
Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon promises a classic steakhouse experience with seafood, sandwiches, salads, and premium cuts of beef. True to its name, it will feature an expansive bourbon selection, along with a variety of cocktails. The newly designed space, completely transformed from its Tortilla Jo’s days, now boasts a large bar, cozy booths, and options for private dining.
Meanwhile, Pearl’s Roadside BBQ offers a more laid-back vibe, converting the former taqueria into a charming vintage filling station-themed eatery. Expect mouth-watering North Carolina-style barbecue, including beef brisket, pulled pork, and smoked heritage turkey—all slow-cooked to perfection and paired with house-made sauces. Guests can unwind on the spacious patio with moonshine cocktails, thanks to the outdoor Shine Bar.
But that’s not all! Downtown Disney is also set to welcome new retail additions, including a Lululemon athleisure store, Nectar Life for fragrance and spa items, and Bopo Go, serving up trendy Taiwanese boba drinks. While the opening dates for Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon and Pearl’s Roadside BBQ remain under wraps, anticipation continues to build.
