Exciting changes are coming to Disney California Adventure’s Pixar Fest! Disneyland has announced that Club Pixar, the lively nighttime dance party that guests initially thought would cater to mature audiences like ElecTRONica and the Mad T Party, will now focus more on family-friendly entertainment.
According to Disneyland officials who spoke with Scott Gustin of Nexstar, the decision to remove the dancers and DJ from Club Pixar was driven by “guest feedback and operational considerations.” While this means the energetic dance floor might be a bit quieter, there are still plenty of magical activities to enjoy. From interactive games to photo opportunities, Club Pixar will remain a vibrant part of the festivity, running daily from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Fans of Pixar can breathe easy knowing that Disney California Adventure Park will continue to brim with Pixar-themed offerings. Enjoy character meet-and-greets, delightful food options, and more, ensuring that the heart and soul of Pixar Fest remain intact. Even though the dance party is winding down two months early, Disneyland hasn’t yet shared plans for new nighttime activities to replace it for the rest of the fest.
For those who cherish the iconic parades and firework shows of Pixar Fest, you won’t be disappointed. Disneyland is bringing back the fan-favorite parade and the spectacular fireworks display to light up the evenings, creating those unforgettable Disney moments we all love.
