Get ready, Disney foodies! This fall, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland is introducing some exciting new dishes as part of the Batuu Harvest Festival, and Disney Eats has just served up the delicious details.
Returning to the festival lineup is the beloved Endorian Roasted Chicken Salad. This fan favorite features marinated chicken paired with mixed greens, roasted seasonal vegetables, quinoa, pumpkin seeds, and a zesty green curry ranch dressing. The salad had a slightly different ingredient ensemble back in 2021, but its essence remains as delightful as ever.
But the culinary adventure doesn’t stop there! New to this year’s festival is the Surabat Valley Harvest Board. This scrumptious offering includes torched sourdough bread slathered with aji verde-infused pork spread and topped with spicy salsa criolla. It’s the perfect blend of earthy and fiery flavors that promises to tantalize your taste buds.
And no festival would be complete without a sweet treat. Introducing the Jogan Seed Oi-Oi Puff—a visually striking green cream puff filled with green crunch and luscious ube creme. This dessert is not just a feast for the palate, but for the eyes as well!
While these delectable dishes are currently confirmed for Disneyland, there’s no word yet on whether they’ll make an appearance at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Walt Disney World. The social media posts sharing the news were tagged only with #Disneyland, leaving Floridian fans in suspense. The new menu items will be available starting August 23, 2024, and we’re eager to dig in and share our reviews.
