The Disneyland Resort is ready to immerse guests in the vibrant festivities of Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month from September 15th to October 15th, and the celebration wouldn’t be complete without tantalizing new menu items.

Disneyland Park’s Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante is spotlighting the Torta Cubana, a delightful sandwich loaded with breaded steak, sliced ham, panela cheese, jalapeño mayo, guacatillo sauce, beans, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and Julienne onions on a grilled bolillo. Equally enticing is the Torta de Milanesa—a breaded beef delight with all the trimmings. For dessert, don’t miss the scrumptious Stuffed Pan Dulce, cream-filled and topped with macerated berries.

Over at Disney California Adventure, Award Wieners introduces the Torta de Milanesa, featuring beef Milanesa, grilled ham, and panela cheese with an avocado spread, served with your choice of Cuties Mandarin Oranges or Filmstrip Fries. Other savory choices include the Chile Relleno Burrito from the Hollywood Lounge and Studio Catering Co., packed with rice, beans, pico de gallo, salsa roja, and crema. Don’t forget to grab a refreshing Brown Soul Juguito Hazy IPA at Lamplight Lounge or the eye-catching Coco Floral Skull Sipper, available at multiple locations across the parks.

Downtown Disney District joins the festivities with an array of special dishes. Ballast Points Brewing Co. offers a Chile Relleno Burger topped with a hearty chile relleno, while Céntrico serves up Chicken Tamal and Tamal de Rajas, along with the unique Quesabirria Pizza at Naples Ristorante e Bar. For a more elaborate dining experience, Paseo provides a three-course meal inspired by Latin American flavors, including Kanpachi Crudo and Pork belly Chicharron. Sweet treats such as the Chocolate Champurrado with Sesame Toffee from Salt & Straw and the Choco-Churro Bitz from Wetzel’s Pretzels promise to delight your taste buds.

Even the Pixar Place Hotel is joining in, with Great Maple Modern American Eatery featuring a decadent Tres Leches Doughnut. And don’t worry—kid-friendly options like Rancho del Zocalo’s Bean and Cheese Burrito and Chicken Taco are perfect for the little ones.
