A dazzling new addition has arrived at the Disneyland Resort, enchanting Star Wars fans and collectors alike. The premium electronic replica of C-3PO’s head is now available at the Star Wars Trading Post in Downtown Disney. This intricately designed piece, encased in a glass display, captures the iconic appearance of the beloved protocol droid brilliantly, evoking the magic Disneyland is renowned for.
The C-3PO replica head, priced at $599.99, offers an impressive 1:1 scale model of the character portrayed by Anthony Daniels in the Star Wars saga. Its golden sheen, detailed bulb-eyes, and metal grates authenticate the experience, bringing C-3PO to life in your very own home. What makes this collectible truly special is its electronic functionality, capable of reciting over twenty phrases from the Star Wars series, with eyes that light up, providing a glimpse into the droid’s whimsical persona.
Part of the Galactic Archive Series, this collectible aligns with other high-end merchandise like the Dejarik Board Game and the D23-exclusive Kylo Ren Reforged Helmet. The packaging even teases an intriguing feature–the gold plating can be removed to expose the intricate wiring beneath, emulating C-3PO’s bare-bones look in “The Phantom Menace” and his Sith-protocol override from “The Rise of Skywalker.”
Set to be a coveted limited-edition item, only 3,720 of these C-3PO heads will be sold. They will be available on DisneyStore.com starting October 16 and are expected to appear in Walt Disney World soon.
