On Thursday 16 June, Euro Disney and the Legendre group officially inaugurated the Greenwich. Local authorities attended the ceremony for this new office building that will enrich the tertiary offer of Val d’Europe.
The inauguration of the Greenwich, with its 11,300 m² of office space, is proof once again of the dynamic and exceptional development of the Val d’Europe territory. Its three 5-story adjacent buildings offer large areas that can be divided and are capable of adapting to the needs of big groups, small or medium-size businesses or companies. The wide, glass windows offer users great comfort and ensure natural light reaches all the large offices that are extended by accessible terraces on the last floor, thus guaranteeing unique working comfort.
The building is in the Art Deco style, with a rotunda in the corner. The Greenwich is located at the heart of the town center, completes the station district (quartier de la gare) and enjoys the proximity of all Val d’Europe infrastructures. The shopping center, place d’Ariane, its retail shops and services –of which the RER station-are only a few steps away. It is therefore easily accessible from Paris or from the TGV hub at Marne-la-Vallée Chessy.
The Greenwich also includes 2, 200 m² of flexible space on the ground floor, equally dedicated to shops and services. A 900m² corporate dining room can already host more than 500 Disneyland Paris employees. A few steps away, la Maison Marteau opened a new 300m² area, where clients enjoy a bakery and a tea room. The rest of the lots are up for sale.
After the B&B Disneyland® Paris hotel, the Greenwich is the result of a new collaboration between the Real Estate Development by Euro Disney teams who designed the building, and the Groupe Legendre who built it through its real estate development subsidiary, Legendre Immobilier. The Bellini, another office building resulting from this partnership is under construction a few meters away, with the same quality offer.
“We are thrilled to inaugurate the Greenwich building, this new building that embodies the dynamic development of Val d’Europe. With its elegant architecture, its ideal location and its offer of corporate space, it contributes to the well-being and the attraction of our territory”, Francis Borezée, Vice President, Real Estate and Tourism Development, declared.
