This user-friendly “Change Your Theme Park Tickets” option can be found under the “My Disneyland” tab on the website. For those using the app, head to the “My Tickets & Passes” menu and select “Change Ticket.” However, be aware that some users have experienced issues with the app’s functionality in this regard – a hiccup we’re sure Disney is diligently addressing.
The new feature allows changes to multiple tickets simultaneously, provided they are of the same type. However, it’s important to note that downgrading tickets is not an option, and all changes are subject to eligibility and availability.
