Exciting news for all Disneyland enthusiasts! The Disneyland Resort has rolled out a brand-new feature on both its website and app, making it simpler than ever for guests to modify their existing theme park tickets. Whether you need to upgrade to a higher tier, add Park Hopping, extend the number of days, or include the Genie+ service, it’s now just a few clicks away.
This user-friendly “Change Your Theme Park Tickets” option can be found under the “My Disneyland” tab on the website. For those using the app, head to the “My Tickets & Passes” menu and select “Change Ticket.” However, be aware that some users have experienced issues with the app’s functionality in this regard – a hiccup we’re sure Disney is diligently addressing.
The new feature allows changes to multiple tickets simultaneously, provided they are of the same type. However, it’s important to note that downgrading tickets is not an option, and all changes are subject to eligibility and availability. Additionally, guests must still use the “Theme Park Reservations” menu to adjust the dates they wish to use their tickets.
This update is yet another example of Disneyland’s ongoing efforts to enhance guest experiences by leveraging technology. The ease of adjusting your travel plans ensures that magical moments at Disneyland are more accessible and customizable than ever before.
