Disney Channel actress and Hollywood Records recording artist Sabrina Carpenter stopped by Walt Disney World Resort last week during a break from her first national tour supporting her new Hollywood Records album, EVOLUTION. We took the opportunity to ask her just a few questions about her Disney favorites. Check out what she had to say!
Q: What’s your most favorite thing about Walt Disney World Resort?
A: What isn’t my favorite thing about Walt Disney World? There’s this feeling of total happiness that comes when you enter the theme parks! My favorite park is Epcot because I love to visit the World Showcase and see all the countries … especially France.
Q: Describe your perfect Disney Day?
A: My perfect Disney Day would start at Disney’s Hollywood Studios because I love to ride Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith. That’s my all-time favorite attraction! I would then go to Epcot and get ice cream in the France Pavilion and stop by the store in the United Kingdom Pavilion to do some shopping. After that, I would stop by Magic Kingdom to ride Space Mountain and then head to Disney’s Animal Kingdom to ride Kilimanjaro Safaris and Expedition Everest at night. My evening would end back at Magic Kingdom to watch Wishes Nighttime Spectacular and eat even more ice cream!
Q: What’s it like being in the theme parks with friends versus with family?
A: With friends, I feel like it’s really exciting because most of the time, it’s my first time experiencing the theme parks with them. Whether it’s their first time at the parks or my first time riding a certain attraction, we’re all getting to see really cool, new things together.
When seeing the theme parks with my family, I feel like we’re making memories that last a lifetime, whether it’s photographic memories or memories in our minds.
Q: What is your favorite Disney memory?
A: My very first Disney memory is when I was ten years old, and visited Walt Disney World for the first time for a Christmas vacation. My mom, dad, two sisters and I watched the Christmas fireworks show together and saw Cinderella Castle for the very first time.
My most recent favorite Disney memory was actually singing inside Cinderella Castle for the music video that played on Disney Channel’s “Night of Big Dreams” event. I sang a mash-up of “A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes” and “So This is Love” from Cinderella. It was so beautiful!
