Attention, Disney enthusiasts! Disneyland is ramping up the magic for 2025 by introducing an array of new perks and benefits for Magic Key Holders while also announcing an increase in prices.
Following the trend we frequently see with Walt Disney World ticket prices, Disneyland has rolled out price hikes for both park tickets and Magic Keys, which are Disneyland’s annual passes. Despite these increases, Disneyland is sweetening the deal with additional perks they’re calling “Magic Key Extras Unlocked.” These enhancements aim to elevate the experience for Magic Key Holders throughout the year.
One of the standout new perks is a generous discount on the Lightning Lane Multi Pass. Magic Key Holders will now enjoy a 50% discount (up from the standard 20%) on these passes during select times. The first such offer will run from January 6th to January 31st, 2025. Additionally, holders will get an exclusive preview opportunity for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure before it officially opens to the public on November 15th.
Other ongoing benefits include specially designed keepsakes, early access to presale tickets for select events, exclusive PhotoPass opportunities, entry to the Magic Key terrace, exclusive merchandise, and even unique menu items crafted specifically for them. In addition, there will be periodic discounts on hotel stays and at participating locations in Downtown Disney.
However, these perks come at a higher price. The Imagine Key will rise to $599, the Enchant Key to $974, the Believe Key to $1,374, and the Inspire Key to $1,749. These increases, respective percentages between 6.1% and 20%, reflect the value of the added perks and benefits.
We’d love to hear your thoughts on these new Magic Key Extras Unlocked. Do you think the added benefits justify the price increases? Let us know in the comments below and don’t forget to share this story with fellow Disney fans!
