A similar fate befell the World of Disney store in Disney Springs, which lost some of its whimsical charm during its makeover.
The lack of a set reopening date for the Boardwalk Candy Palace has left Disneyland Paris enthusiasts anxious. Concerns are mounting on social media, with many fearing a “beigification” that could strip the store of its immersive, intricate design renowned among Main Street shops worldwide.
Enhancements aren’t just confined to the candy store. Steps away, closer to Sleeping Beauty Castle, Casey’s Corner is also getting a Victorian-inspired covered terrace, further changing the landscape of Main Street, U.S.A.
