Disneyland Paris Cast Members Meet The Challenge

Disneyland Paris Cast Members Meet The Challenge

On Saturday 4 June, 150 Disneyland® Paris Cast Members and 6, 300 students took part in the professional encounters and sports meets of the Challenge du Monde Des Grandes Écoles et Universités at the Charléty stadium in Paris. This was a great opportunity to show the diversity of our job classifications and of our Cast Members!

A unique event dedicated to sports and employment, the Challenge du Monde Des Grandes Écoles et Universités (the sports feat of the higher schools of learning and universities) allows the company to develop its Employer Brand and join nearly 7000 students from 250 higher schools of learning and universities. Last weekend and for the 4th time, 150 Cast Members represented Disneyland Paris and shared their experience with more than 6000 students. A rich program combining professional meetings (conferences, round tables, forums trades) and sporting events (demonstrations from the Disneyland Paris pom-pom team, wheelchair basketball games with members of the management team, and 4x100m relays in which Cast Members competed against track & field champions). The goal: to discover the multiple jobs at Disneyland Paris and hear from those who perform them, in all their diversity!

Thus, all the round tables were simultaneously translated into sign language, and the Mission Handicap team was present to discuss the place of disability in the company, remember the commitment of Disneyland Paris in the matter and support representatives in the disabled events. “This is a perfect opportunity for students to share a moment of leisure while starting to look into and thinking about the working world!” according to Christine Mabilat, director Employment, Remuneration and Social Advantages.
