A familiar face from the Disney Park live-streaming world has stirred up controversy yet again. Sherief Zakher, known as @thejungleskipper, recently faced backlash for loudly conversing during a ride at Disneyland Park. As a prominent streaming personality with nearly 200,000 followers on TikTok, Zakher receives financial support from subscribers who enjoy his frequent broadcasts from Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park, and Downtown Disney. However, his latest antics have left many Disney enthusiasts calling for action from both Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort.

This time, Zakher’s disruption took place on Pinocchio’s Daring Journey in Fantasyland. A recorded segment of his live stream shared on Reddit shows Zakher shouting to his followers, reportedly to attract more donations to help him park-hop to Disney California Adventure Park. This behavior has led to widespread discontent among park-goers, who feel it detracts from the enjoyable experience Disney parks are known for.

Zakher’s controversial activities are not new. He’s previously faced criticism for violating Disney’s dress code, disregarding cast member instructions, and displaying inappropriate behavior. In one instance, he disrupted guests near the Main Street Fire Engine by loudly discussing vulgar topics. Despite numerous complaints from other guests and conversations with Disney cast members about his behavior, Zakher continues to be a polarizing figure in the Disney community.

While Zakher claims his microphone makes him sound louder than he is, fellow park-goers and cast members tell a different story. One Disneyland visitor shared that cast members allowed them to ride again to escape Zakher’s disruptive presence, indicating the park staff are aware of his behavior but yet to take decisive action.

In light of these events, the debate on whether Disney parks should institute stricter rules on talking during rides has reignited. What do you think? Should there be more regulation on live-streaming etiquette? Share your thoughts in the comments below, and let’s discuss!
