For World Mobility and Accessibility Day on 30 April, two Cast Members describe how Disneyland Paris makes their everyday easier, by adapting their environments to varied specific needs.
The ‘Mission Handicap’ team stands in support of some 800 Cast Members with disabilities, particularly when it comes to the maintenance of their work environments. Their work is visible in workplace adaptations, as well as the availability of material and services appropriate to everyone’s specific needs, which leads to increased mobility at work. An 8th agreement is applicable since January 2014. To carry out these missions, Disneyland Paris is associated to three partners known for the relevance of their action: ADAPT, the FEDEEH (the dynamic federation of students in favor of studies and work for persons with a handicap) and the association Tremplin.
