When the Disney Magic travels from Northern Europe to the Mediterranean later this summer, Disney cruisers will get to explore the fascinating city of Lisbon, Portugal. Perched atop hills overlooking the Tagus River, Lisbon is characterized by broad boulevards, narrow cobblestone streets and amazing architecture.
Lisbon City Tour & Oceanarium – This highlights tour gives you the chance to explore several of the city’s popular locales, including Belém Quarter, the historic section of Lisbon, and Jerónimos Monastery, home of one of the most important maritime museums in Europe given Portugal’s role in the seafaring world. After free time to explore the historical palace, or walk the cobblestone streets lined with quaint shops and cafes, your journey continues to the gorgeous Portuguese coastline and the resort town of Cascais for spectacular photo opps and seaside views. 4X4 Expedition – Our 4×4 expedition is yet another opportunity to visit Sintra, but this one’s for the adventure seekers. After free time in the historic town, you’ll leave paved roads and experience the thrill of off-roading with magnificent views.
