Scenic Mountain Ascent and World’s Largest ZipRider – Adrenaline enthusiasts won’t want to miss their chance to brave the 5,330-foot-long ZipRider as you soar up to 60 miles an hour through the sky from a 1,300-foot vertical drop. Up to six riders can launch at the same time, giving you the chance to race to the bottom where you’ll gently touch down on the beach. At 300 feet above the rainforest, you’ll feel like you’re flying during this exhilarating 1.5-minute ride. In addition to an adrenaline rush, this truly unique adventure gives you sweeping views of Port Frederick and Icy Strait.
ATV Expedition – This adventure into the wild gives you the incredible opportunity to navigate your own 4×4 off-road vehicle into the Alaska wilderness while soaking up stunning valley, mountain and ocean views along the ride. The self-drive ATV tour starts at the top of Hoonah Mountain and follows a remote dirt trail through the forests and valleys. Be sure to bring your camera , as you’ll make stops along the way when you can capture photographs of the wildlife and breathtaking scenery.
Stream Fishing – With its protected, salmon-rich waters, Icy Strait Point is a prime destination for freshwater stream fishing. Your journey begins aboard a fully-appointed cabin cruiser power boat with only five other guests and a licensed captain. You will be provided with hip boots and all the gear needed to spin cast or fly fish along the banks.
