Hold onto your Mickey ears, Disney fans! The Walt Disney Company has announced that starting October 17, prices for almost all tiers of Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ are going up. It’s time to dig a little deeper into your pockets if you’re planning to keep your subscriptions to these beloved streaming services.

Ad-supported versions of both Disney+ and Hulu will each see a $2 rise to $9.99 per month. Hulu’s premium plan will have a slight bump of $1, bringing the total to $18.99 per month, whereas Disney+ premium will cost $15.99, up by $2. ESPN+ with ads isn’t far behind, adjusting its price to $11.99 from $10.99.

However, it’s Hulu’s live TV plans that will see the heftiest increase: a $5 hike for the basic plan and a $6 rise for the premium plan. Interestingly, Disney’s newest bundle, which includes Disney+, Hulu, and Max, remains unchanged at $16.99 for basic and $29.99 for premium. The ad-supported version of this bundle will only increase by a dollar, reaching $10.99 monthly.

Adding to the excitement, beginning September 4, ABC News Live and a handy playlist tailored for preschool content will be added to Disney’s streaming lineup. As four more curated playlists roll out this fall, Disney ensures its offerings keep growing richer in value as subscription costs rise. “With this growing offering, and new ways to enjoy your favorite Disney+ content, Disney subscription plans remain among the best values in streaming today,” the company assured.
