As the President of Disney Branded Television, Davis is surrounded by posters of cartoons and magical adventures that have become beloved household names. With a keen eye for what delights viewers, Davis leads the charge in creating premium content for kids, streaming on platforms like Disney+, Disney Channel, Disney XD, and Disney Junior.

Under her leadership, Disney Branded Television has brought forth hits such as Marvel’s “Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur,” the animated sensation “Bluey,” and the upcoming “Ariel” starring Amber Riley and Taye Diggs, alongside “Descendants: Rise of Red” featuring Brandy and Rita Ora. These projects are part of Disney’s broader strategy to shift focus from traditional TV to streaming, maximizing both audience engagement and profitability.

We’ve centered our business focus on storytelling through the lens of wonder and magic, encouraging escapism.” This focus has proven to be effective, as platforms are not just capturing the imaginations of children but are becoming family favorites, bridging generations.

During the “Disney Junior & Friends Playdate” event at Disney California Adventure Park, fans got a sneak peek of the magic that Davis continues to bring to life. The event was filled with fun activities, celebrating the cherished Disney Junior characters and stories that bring happiness to viewers of all ages.

Drawing from her two-decade-long career at Disney, including significant roles in casting, Davis remains passionate about producing content that makes a lasting impact. She reflects on her journey, stating, “I have loved being part of this greater puzzle of identifying and bringing talent together. Now, focusing on storytelling and producing has given me the chance to create a larger footprint around the joy we bring to audiences.”
