Walt Disney World Resort is magical anytime of the year, but Fall seems to be the Disney Parks Moms Panelists favorite time to visit. Not only is the weather nice, there are so many exciting things to see, do and taste at Disney Parks in the Fall.
Allison L. says her Fall “must do” event is Epcot International Food & Wine Festival! The Eat to the Beat Concert Series provides live music as Guests taste their way around the world exploring over 30 unique marketplaces, including the new Islands of the Caribbean Marketplace.
If something sweet is more what you’re after, seasonal inspired sweet treats are a favorite ofJacqueline P. She recommends the pumpkin fudge and caramel apples from Sweet Spells at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, as well as the candy corn vanilla ice-cream at Storybook Treats in Magic Kingdom Park and pumpkin spice funnel cakes at Funnel Cake in The American Adventure Pavilion at Epcot.
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a favorite among all the Disney Parks Moms Panelists. It is a great time to meet some of your favorite Disney characters and see the Gravediggers in the Mickey’s “Boo-to-You” Halloween Parade, but Brandy B. loves Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party for a different reason. “Next time you walk down Main Street, U.S.A. during the Fall, be sure to take a look up!” Each pumpkin decorating the outside of the shops is different, and they are all themed to the store below.
Kay B. says there is also no better place to stay in the Fall than Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. The guests all decorate their campsites, host trick-or-treating and even have a golf cart parade. But, it’s Chip ‘N Dale’s Campfire Sing-A-Long that really gets everyone in the seasonal spirit, with a special spooky guest sometimes stopping by on Halloween.
