Attention all Disneyland fans! Exciting new culinary experiences are headed your way as Downtown Disney undergoes a major transformation. Here’s a sneak peek at three fresh dining spots that are sure to become your new favorites.

First up, introducing Bopo Go! This innovative café, a creation by Eric Wang and Philip Wang (owners of Bopomofo Café), brings a unique twist to Downtown Disney. Inspired by Asian convenience stores, Bopo Go! will serve authentic boba or bubble tea sourced directly from Taiwan, along with light bites, imported snacks, and an array of ceremonial-grade matcha beverages from Japan. It’s the perfect spot for some refreshing and wholesome treats without artificial ingredients.

Next on the list is Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon. This restaurant promises to be a haven for steak lovers and cocktail enthusiasts alike. Guests can look forward to premium cuts of beef, fresh seafood dishes, and an impressive selection of bourbons and cocktails. Designed with modern wood tones and crisp lines, it will feature cozy booth and table seating, making it an inviting place for a delightful dining experience.

Finally, we have Pearl’s Roadside BBQ, a quick-service location that offers some serious comfort food. From pulled pork and beef brisket to smoked heritage turkey, Pearl’s specializes in mouthwatering BBQ favorites. Guests can also enjoy house-made sauces, craft beers, and moonshine cocktails. The interior boasts a hand-painted mural, while the exterior features a spacious patio and the Shine Bar, offering scenic views of Downtown Disney.

Downtown Disney is truly stepping up its game with these new additions, drawing even closer in its rivalry with Disney Springs. If you’re planning a trip to Disneyland Resort soon, these new dining spots are a must-visit!
