Disney enthusiasts, prepare for an unprecedented experience—introducing the Lightning Lane Premier Pass! Hot off the Disney news reel, this new pass promises to elevate your visit to Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and Disneyland Resort in California by letting you skip lines with unprecedented flexibility.

Imagine breezing through every attraction without fretting over schedules or reservation slots. Just like Universal’s Express Pass, the Lightning Lane Premier Pass allows you to access any eligible ride once at any time throughout your day. Disney revealed the exciting innovation to travel agents on October 16, 2024, stating it will be available in very limited quantities. Each pass grants access to the Lightning Lane line once per attraction, incorporating all the rides currently offered with Disney’s Lightning Lane Multi and Single Pass options.

For guests planning to visit Walt Disney World, the Premier Pass will launch on October 30, 2024, with prices ranging between $129 to $449, depending on the day. Note that the pass is exclusive to guests staying at select deluxe or deluxe villa resort hotels, ensuring a more streamlined and VIP-like experience across the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

Over on the West Coast, the Disneyland Premier Pass will go live earlier, on October 23, 2024. It comes with a flat rate of $400 per day through December 31, 2024, adjusting to a variable price range of $300 to $400 starting January 1, 2025. Unlike its Florida counterpart, any park guest can purchase this pass up to two days before their visit, granting them seamless access to both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park on the same day.
