If you went to bed dreaming of your next magical Disneyland adventure, here’s a wake-up call: As of early Wednesday morning, Disneyland has discreetly raised prices for most ticket types by up to $12 per day, while the base ticket price remains unchanged at $104 per day.
Disneyland’s ticket prices are organized into tiers, ranging from Tier 0 to Tier 6, with the highest tier now costing $206. Multiday tickets and Park Hopper add-ons have also seen hikes, with multiday passes increasing up to $31, and Park Hopper add-ons seeing a rise of up to $30. Disneyland’s Magic Key annual passes have not been spared either, with prices up between $100 and $125 per tier. Furthermore, the Lightning Lane Multi Pass now costs $32, up from $30.
However, there are still ways to stretch your dollars. One savvy move is to purchase tickets from trusted third-party sellers like Undercover Tourist, who often sell at the old prices while supplies last. Disneyland is also introducing a kid’s ticket deal starting Oct. 22, 2024, offering tickets for children ages 3 to 9 at a reduced rate of $50 per day for visits between Jan. 7 and March 20, 2025.
Flexibility is key to further savings. Visiting on weekdays during off-peak times like January, February, early March, late August, and mid-November can secure you lower ticket prices and smaller crowds. Using rewards points from various credit cards like Chase Sapphire Reserve or the Bilt Mastercard can also cover part of your Disneyland expenses, taking the sting out of increased costs.
