Disneyland fans, buckle up: ticket prices and Magic Key passes have seen an uptick. While a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth has always been a magical investment, it’s now going to cost a bit more to experience the enchantment firsthand. As shared exclusively with USA TODAY, Disneyland’s chair of experiences, Josh D’Amaro, announced the latest price adjustments, emphasizing Disney’s commitment to flexibility and guest choice.

Starting with the basics, the one-day, one-park ticket for guests aged 9 and above will still hold at $104, a rate maintained since 2019. However, tickets for high-demand days, especially during peak seasons and holidays, have inched up, with the top-tier price for a single-day ticket rising from $194 to $206. Multi-day passes have also seen a similar 6.5% increase.

The Lightning Lane Multi Pass is also pricier now, with pre-booking costs moving from $30 to $32. The same rate applies to same-day purchases. Meanwhile, existing Magic Key holders can renew their passes with the latest pricing: Inspire Key at $1749, Believe Key at $1374, Enchant Key at $974, and Imagine Key at $599. For fans considering these annual passes, it’s crucial to gauge the value they bring; a new graph on Disneyland’s website offers useful insights.

But it’s not all about price hikes. D’Amaro highlighted exclusive benefits for Magic Key holders, including discounts on merchandise, food, and Lightning Lane purchases, alongside free PhotoPass downloads and even parking perks for some pass types. Notably, there are promising discounts like 50% off Lightning Lane passes for specific periods.

For families looking to save, consider off-peak visits, where prices dip to baseline rates. A special treat awaits families with young children early next year—the $50 kids ticket offer for visits between January 7 and March 20. Another budget-friendly tip is to explore Disneyland’s Good Neighbor Hotels, which often provide affordable alternatives and convenient access to the parks.
