Autumn is in the air, and Mickey Mouse and his friends are embracing the season with brand-new, cozy costumes at Storytellers Cafe! This delightful character dining experience at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa just got a seasonal makeover, and I had the pleasure of getting a sneak peek at their adorable autumn ensembles.

The new costumes are perfect for sweater weather. Mickey Mouse looks casually charming in a beanie and a T-shirt celebrating “The Great Apple Orchard,” with a nostalgic nod to 2001, the year the Grand Californian first opened its doors. Minnie Mouse has gone all out with pumpkins adorning her stylish hat, her dress, and even her purse, bringing an extra touch of fall magic.

Pluto isn’t left out of the fun—he sports a charming pumpkin collar paired with a craftsman-inspired cravat. Meanwhile, Chip and Dale look dashing in their embroidered jackets, complete with patches and a festive maple leaf.

This seasonal experience, which includes sumptuous breakfasts and brunches set against a backdrop of autumnal decor, will run through November 18th. After that, Storytellers Cafe will transform yet again for Mickey’s Holiday Pajama Party, kicking off on November 19th with festive holiday cheer. It’s highly recommended to book reservations early as slots are subject to availability.
