The Haunted Mansion-inspired Bride Churro and Groom Churro have mysteriously resurfaced at Disneyland’s New Orleans Square churro cart, just in time for the 2024 Halloween season. Originally introduced in 2019 as a special treat for the 50th anniversary of the iconic Haunted Mansion attraction, these churros have quickly become a spooky-season favorite among guests.

To add to the festive fun, a new treat called “Couples First Kiss” is now available. This scrumptious addition pairs a delightful strawberry sauce with a piece of wedding cake for just $1.50, making your churro experience even more enchanting.

First up, the Bride Churro, priced at $6.50, is adorned with a delicate bouquet of vanilla and sugar. Its ethereal white appearance is thanks to a generous dusting of sugar, making it a showstopper. The subtle yet delightful vanilla flavor strikes the perfect balance of sweetness, making it a hit among guests of all ages. Our honest review: it’s a must-try treat that ensures a spine-chillingly good time!

Meanwhile, the Groom Churro, also at $6.50, aims to capture the richer flavors of Halloween with its dark and milk chocolate sugar dusting. Unfortunately, it fell a bit flat in the flavor department, lacking the depth and richness we anticipated. While the concept was tempting, the execution left much to be desired. If you’re choosing between the two, the Bride Churro is the clear winner.

If you want to elevate your Halloween churro experience, definitely try the “Couples First Kiss” addition. Whether you’re a Haunted Mansion aficionado or simply on the hunt for the perfect seasonal treat, the Bride Churro is the go-to choice this Halloween at Disneyland.
