At 12:15 PM, the cavalcade paraded down Main Street, USA, featuring the iconic Disneyland Band, a host of Disney Legends, and a vibrant entourage of 23 Disney characters. These legends, who have had an indelible impact on the Disney legacy, were the stars of the show as they waved from classic Disneyland vehicles such as the Main Street Fire Truck, the Omnibus, and the cheerful yellow jitney. The blend of new legends and past honorees created a magical and heartfelt tribute that resonated with fans lining the streets.
Among the Disney Legends present were Mark Henn and Martha Blanding aboard the Fire Engine, animation icon Floyd Norman and Imagineering marvel Tony Baxter atop the Jitney, and a dazzling array of others including Jodi Benson and Bill Farmer on the Omnibus. Their collective contributions span across animation, parks, resorts, voice acting, Imagineering, and film, making this cavalcade a heartfelt homage to their extraordinary achievements.
