Disneyland Park once again lit up the night sky with its spectacular “Disney’s Celebrate America — A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky,” bringing a dazzling display of fireworks to this year’s Independence Day celebrations. The event returned on July 4th, 2024, delighting visitors with stunning pyrotechnic artistry.
As anticipation filled the air, crowds gathered around Sleeping Beauty Castle and along Main Street, U.S.A. to witness the breathtaking show. The castle and surrounding buildings were occasionally cloaked in stunning projections, enhancing the patriotic theme. Fireworks illuminated the sky in a variety of colors, creating vivid scenes that could be seen from all corners of the park. The grand finale painted the American flag high above, uniting Main Street and the castle in a symphony of light and color.
Originally debuting in 2008 at both Disneyland Park and Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort, this cherished tradition—though unique in presentation at each park—continues to captivate audiences year after year. While Disneyland Park hosted its own version of the show, Walt Disney World joyfully celebrated Independence Day with dual fireworks displays at Magic Kingdom and EPCOT.
For those who couldn’t be there in person, our video captures the essence of the 4th of July fireworks display, bringing a piece of the magic directly to you. Be sure to watch and relive the excitement!
