Accompanied by his wife Prithi Narayanan and daughters Akhira and Aadhya, the cricket star recently embarked on this delightful journey to the enchanting theme park.
Taking to Instagram on June 17, Ashwin shared a heartwarming video capturing their fun-filled day, with the joyful rides and captivating attractions providing a “dream come true” experience. Ashwin humorously noted that while his little ones adored every moment, their parents might have loved it even more. He praised Disneyland Paris’ VIP guide service that ensured they enjoyed all the rides without a hitch, thanking the facilitators, Think Strawberries, for the impeccable arrangements.
After a demanding season in the 2024 Indian Premier League (IPL), where he represented Rajasthan Royals and clinched nine wickets across 15 matches, this trip was a well-deserved respite. Intriguingly, Ashwin was the Player of the Match in the Eliminator against Royal Challengers Bangalore, highlighting his exceptional form. Although Rajasthan Royals’ campaign concluded in a tense match against Sunrisers Hyderabad, Ashwin’s spirits remain high with this rejuvenating Paris getaway.
Ashwin also shared his candid experiences from the trip on his latest YouTube video, with a humorous take on the physical toll the rides had on him.
