Bob Iger, Disney’s CEO, recently affirmed the inclusion of an Avatar-themed experience, stirring up curiosity about the details. Josh D’Amaro, Disney Experiences Chairman, also hinted at the potential for Anaheim to feature Hong Kong Disneyland’s celebrated World of Frozen land, a visually stunning and magical setting complete with an indoor boat ride—a personal favorite ride type for many.
Seeing these wondrous lands in Anaheim would be a dream come true. The company’s sneak peeks suggest that the Avatar attraction could incorporate the groundbreaking magnetic boat ride system first tested in Shanghai Disneyland’s Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle of the Sunken Treasure. If true, this would be an unparalleled experience.
