Spring has come to Disneyland Paris. Mickey, Minnie and their friends have decided to spread the springtime cheer with a special festival and the sublime Lara Stone was not one to miss out on the fun. And what better excuse than Paris Fashion Week to schedule a day trip to Disneyland Park?
To celebrate the arrival of spring, the famous Dutch model struck a pose with her two favourite ducks, Donald and Daisy, decked out in their Spring attire. A fairy tale comes true at the foot of Sleeping Beauty Castle.
Lara made the most of her springtime break to attend “Goofy’s Garden Party”, a show set in an extraordinary garden with hundreds of artists paying homage to the wonders of nature, under the direction of the head gardener Goofy. The model also visited Wonderland for a fun experience aboard the Mad Hatter’s Tea Cups.
And there were more thrills and excitement to follow. Lara Stone and her friends were eager to go on an Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril adventure, and then dive into the world of Finding Nemo on Crush’s Coaster, before finally riding at top speed on RC Racer in Toy Story Playland.
For a true taste of Paris, the model indulged in one final ride at Walt Disney Studios® Park: Ratatouille: L’Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy. There she was shrunk down to the size of the adorable small rodent and was propelled from the rooftops of Paris to the bustling kitchens, via the cold room and through to the dining room under the watchful gaze of Chef Skinner… this tasty adventure is full of twists and turns.
She also experienced an unmissable ride and toured the world in an attraction with hundreds of dolls in national costume singing “it’s a small world after all…” in unison. A truly unforgettable experience.
There’s no need to wait for the official start of spring to recharge your batteries and enjoy the colour and splendour of this special season. Follow Lara Stone’s example and experience a world where dreams come true: Swing into Spring with Disneyland Paris, every day until 29 May 2016.
