The first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party of the season will officially return tomorrow night, but it appears some of the residents of the Haunted Mansion have been preparing to step out in Mickey’s “Boo-to-You” Parade. We caught them practicing on Main Street, U.S.A. at the witching hour of midnight, of course.
